David, who joined Mayfield Residential in June 2024 as the company’s first Community Manager, has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication, making him a natural fit for this new role.
Since joining Mayfield Residential, David has played a key role in managing onsite operations, enhancing community engagement, and fostering a positive living experience for residents. His passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development has been a driving force behind his success.

In his new role, David will be responsible for overseeing community operations at a corporate level and providing training support across the organization. His experience in both the field and corporate settings positions him to continue to drive Mayfield Residential’s commitment to providing high-quality services while empowering team members with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
