With a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in the multifamily housing industry, Dominique has consistently demonstrated her expertise in overseeing high-value Class-A multifamily and single-family rental properties. Her strategic approach to performance optimization and revenue growth has driven exceptional results, showcasing her ability to adapt to complex market dynamics and deliver measurable value.
Prior to joining Mayfield Residential, Dominique held pivotal roles as Regional Manager at Avenue5 Residential and Asset Manager at Curve Development. She successfully managed portfolios, leveraging her expertise in budgeting, leasing, and revenue forecasting to maximize ROI. Her hands-on involvement in short- and long-term asset strategies has been instrumental in enhancing property value and mitigating risks. Her depth of knowledge in property acquisitions and evaluations positions her as a key driver of success in her new role.
