Phoenix, AZ – January 9, 2024 – Mayfield Residential is proud to announce the addition of Matthew Dixon as its new Corporate Strategy & Implementation Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in employee experience, operational excellence, and strategic implementation to the organization.
Matthew joins Mayfield Residential following an illustrious career with Mark-Taylor Residential, where he excelled in various roles over more than a decade, driving measurable success across multiple departments. His extensive experience includes leadership in employee experience, corporate strategy, and community management.
In his most recent role as Manager of Employee Experience, Matthew spearheaded initiatives to enhance organizational culture, streamline processes, and elevate employee engagement. His efforts included conducting regular touchpoints with employees to collect actionable feedback, creating innovative employee engagement programs, and overseeing company-wide charitable initiatives. Notably, Matthew successfully executed cost-saving changes to events and processes, achieving measurable success with a 4.53-star rating for all 2024 events while staying under budget.
Beyond these accomplishments, Matthew's tenure at Mark-Taylor Residential highlighted his proficiency in corporate branding, marketing strategy, and event management. As Assistant Manager of Brand and Communication, he directed marketing campaigns, managed PPC budgets for over 50 properties, and organized large-scale internal and external events hosting 500+ attendees.
Matthew is a recipient of multiple industry accolades, accolades, including the prestigious Mark-Taylor Award, as well as being named a Leasing Consultant of the Year. He has also been nominated in several categories for the AMA Tribute Awards recognitions through the years, and has shown a proven commitment to the AMA's committees and it's charitable organizations.
In his new role at Mayfield Residential, Matthew will leverage his extensive expertise to implement strategic initiatives, optimize operational processes, and foster an enhanced experience for employees and residents alike.
