Danielle joins Mayfield Residential from Mark-Taylor Residential, where she served as a Senior IT Support Specialist. In her previous role, Danielle was responsible for providing high-level technology support, managing network systems, and supporting various company projects. Her certification in ITIL 4 further reflects her ability to improve service management practices and deliver efficient, resolution-oriented technology solutions.
